Jewellery Care GUIDE

Jewellery Care
When not being worn, store your jewellery in a protective box or pouch to help prevent scratches, tarnishing, and damage. Avoid overcrowding your jewellery box, as keeping pieces separated helps maintain their shine and quality over time.
To protect the stones, avoid excessive pressure or impact, as this may cause them to loosen or detach.

Silver Care
925 Sterling Silver is a precious metal that naturally oxidises over time when exposed to air. Contact with water, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, detergents, chlorine, and other chemicals can accelerate this process.
To preserve your jewellery, avoid wearing it while swimming, showering, exercising, or at the spa. Skin pH may also affect how quickly silver oxidises.
Regular polishing with a soft silver cloth will help maintain its shine and reduce oxidation. Oxidation is a natural process and is not considered a manufacturing defect or covered under warranty.

Gold Plated Care
Gold plating is a delicate surface finish that naturally fades over time with wear and is not covered under warranty.
To preserve the plating, avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, detergents, chlorine, and other harsh substances. Skin pH may also affect how quickly the plating wears.
When not in use, store your jewellery in a protective box or pouch. Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid rubbing the surface. If needed, your piece can be professionally re-plated to restore its original finish.
